Privacy notice

Last updated 15 August 2026

This notice explains how Finnkor Ltd handles personal data collected through finnkor.com. We collect as little as possible, and only to answer enquiries.

Who we are

Finnkor Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 09157586, based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect

The enquiry form on this site asks for four things:

  • your name;
  • your organisation;
  • your email address;
  • the outline of your enquiry.

We do not run analytics on this site, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors. If you do not submit the form, we collect no personal data from you at all.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the information solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to hold any subsequent correspondence with you about it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — specifically, responding to someone who has chosen to contact us about our services. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who else handles it

Two service providers process form submissions on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms receives the form submission and relays it to us by email.
  • hCaptcha, operated by Intuition Machines, Inc., screens submissions for automated abuse. To do that it collects limited technical information about your browser and interaction with the check, and may place a short-lived token in your browser to record that the check was passed. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Your message then sits in our ordinary business email. These providers may process data outside the United Kingdom; where they do, they are relied upon to maintain appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Where an enquiry does not lead anywhere, we delete it within 24 months. Where it becomes a client relationship, records are kept for as long as required for that relationship and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it in a portable format. Because our basis is legitimate interests, you have a particular right to object to our processing.

To exercise any of these, use the enquiry form on our home page and say what you need. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
